Ithought maybe the nuclear evacuation sign was because there were nuclear missiles based in Arkansas. I Googled this and came up with zero silos in the state.
Okay did another Google search. Here is your answer. Arkansas Nuclear One is a two-unit pressurized water nuclear power plant located on Lake Dardanelle outside Russellville, Arkansas. Owned by Entergy Arkansas and operated by Entergy Nuclear, it is the only nuclear power facility in Arkansas.
I bet there is the same signs around Perry and Davis Bessy.
